Simple Chocolate Mousse

4-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

Grain-Free, Paleo, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Super Foods


Worked on another recipe with Healthworks products and so excited with how it turned out, as per usual. This chocolate mousse will satisfy even the most intense chocolate-cravings. Plus, Healthworks Cacao Powder is packed with anti-oxidants and nutrients.


Servings: Four 1/2 cup servings of chocolate mousse

Prep Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

1 cup of chia seeds

1 cup of almond milk + 1 cup of water

1/2 cup of Healthworks Cacao Powder

1/8 cup of honey


Instruction:

  1. Add chia seeds, milk, and water to mason jar and soak overnight.

  2. Add chia pudding and remaining ingredients to blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
