No Bake Energy Bites

No Bake Energy Bites

Vegan (optional), Vegetarian,

Plant-Based, Gluten-Free


Servings: 16 small (1”) energy bites/balls

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Chill Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients:

3/4 cup of chocolate chunks (dairy-free, optional)

1/2 cup of coconut flakes

1/2 cup of flaxseed meal

1 cup of rolled oats

1 scoop of collagen (Further Food) (substitute: use your favorite protein powder or omit)

1/2 cup of almond butter 

2 tbsp of local honey (for vegan, sub agave)


Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Place in fridge for 20 minute for easier rolling (try not to leave too long or it’ll be really difficult to roll).

  3. Roll and store in fridge to maintain shape until serving.
