No Bake Carrot-Ginger Balls
Dairy-Free, Easy Recipe, Gluten-Free
Servings: 15 balls
Prep Time: 45 minutes (including refrigeration for 30 minutes)
1 cup of oats
1 scoop of collagen (Further Food)
1.5 tsp of ginger
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of allspice
1/2 tsp of cardamom
1 cup of chopped carrots
2 tbsp of honey
In a bowl, combine: oats, collagen, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and cardamom.
Add the following to a blender: carrots, dates, and honey.
Blend until combined and thick.
Add blended mixture to dry mixture, and combine thoroughly.
Put mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes (makes it easier to roll).
Roll & enjoy!
