Carrot-Ginger Balls

No Bake Carrot-Ginger Balls


Dairy-Free, Easy Recipe, Gluten-Free


Servings: 15 balls

Prep Time: 45 minutes (including refrigeration for 30 minutes)


Ingredients:

1 cup of oats 

1 scoop of collagen (Further Food)

1.5 tsp of ginger

1 tsp of cinnamon 

1 tsp of allspice

1/2 tsp of cardamom

1 cup of chopped carrots

6 dates 

2 tbsp of honey


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine: oats, collagen, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and cardamom.

  2. Add the following to a blender: carrots, dates, and honey. 

  3. Blend until combined and thick. 

  4. Add blended mixture to dry mixture, and combine thoroughly. 

  5. Put mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes (makes it easier to roll). 

  6. Roll & enjoy!
