Itty Bitty S’mores Skillet
Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan (optional), Gluten-Free,

Cook Time: 15 minutes
1/2 cup of all purpose gluten-free flour
1/4 cup of dairy-free chocolate chunks
1/4 cup of oats
1 scoop of collagen (Further Food)
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of almond milk
4 large vegan marshmallows
Pre-heat oven to 400°F or set air-fryer to 392°F.
Add dry ingredients in a bowl, and stir together.
Add wet ingredients into a blender, and blend.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Add mixture to well-oiled skillet or small cake pan (I used a 6” cake pan)
Bake for 10 minutes, until edges are browning but top remains soft.
Add marshmallows on top (press into mixture 1/4 of an inch, if you can), bake for 3-5 more minutes.
Dairy-free chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows can be used to make this recipe dairy-free. A flax egg can be substituted to make this recipe vegan.
