Itty Bitty S’mores Skillet

Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan (optional), Gluten-Free,

Quick Recipes, Easy Bake


Servings: 3-4

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients

1/2 cup of all purpose gluten-free flour

1/4 cup of dairy-free chocolate chunks

1/4 cup of oats

1 scoop of collagen (Further Food)

1 tsp of cinnamon 

Wet Ingredients

1 banana

1/2 cup of almond milk 

1 egg 

Toppings

4 large vegan marshmallows


Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F or set air-fryer to 392°F.

  2. Add dry ingredients in a bowl, and stir together.

  3. Add wet ingredients into a blender, and blend.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine thoroughly.

  5. Add mixture to well-oiled skillet or small cake pan (I used a 6” cake pan)

  6. Bake for 10 minutes, until edges are browning but top remains soft.

  7. Add marshmallows on top (press into mixture 1/4 of an inch, if you can), bake for 3-5 more minutes.


Notes:

Dairy-free chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows can be used to make this recipe dairy-free. A flax egg can be substituted to make this recipe vegan.
