Dairy-Free Caesar Dressing


Dairy-Free Caesar Salad Dressing

Plant-based, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, easy meals

Servings: ~ 3 servings (1 tbsp each)

Prep Time: 10 minutes


2 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp caper juice 

1/2 tsp of Dijon

1/4 tsp of garlic powder

Black pepper to taste 

1/2 tsp of coconut aminos


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and mix thoroughly. Add water (one tablespoon at a time) to thin, if needed.

  2. Massage dressing into kale or greens of your choice.

  3. Serve with your favorite salad toppings.
