GRILLED PB&J

GLUTEN-FREE (OPTIONAL)


Serving: 1 sandwich

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

2 tbsp of creamy peanut butter

1 tbsp of mixed berry jam

1 tbsp of vegan butter

2 slices of gluten-free bread


Instructions:

  1. Spread creamy peanut butter, mixed berry jam, and vegan butter on gluten-free bread.

  2. In a greased, cast iron pan, toast each side for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Cut in half and enjoy!
