Vegan Elotes Salad

Heat a skillet to medium heat and add corn, chopped onion, and black beans with 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook for ~8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add garlic powder, oregano, and cayenne. Add juice from 1/2 lime. Stir in spices, cover, and cook for 2 more minutes.
Prepare sauce on the side, by adding juice from other half of lime, queso, jalapeño cream, and olive oil to a small bowl. Stir until well-combined.
Add sauce to the skillet, and combine.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
