Rosemary Garlic Potato Wedges

Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free (optional)

Servings: 16 ounces of fries

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes


1 bag (16 ounces) of Melissa’s Produce Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes, quartered

2 tbsp of olive

1.5 tsp of garlic powder

1 tbsp of dried rosemary

S+P, to taste


  1. Set air-fryer to 400°F (or set oven to)

  2. Add potatoes to a medium-sized bowl with olive oil.

  3. Add in seasoning.

  4. Add to air fryer or oven, and cook for 35-40 minutes, until crispy on the outside.
