Raw Brussels Sprout Salad


Miso-Ginger Brussels Sprout Salad

Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free (optional)

Servings: 3-4 cups of Brussels sprouts salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes


1 pound of Melissa’s Produce Purple Brussels Sprouts, chopped finely (almost shaved)

1 chopped small yellow onion

1/2 cup of micro-greens

Miso Ginger Sauce

1 tbsp of miso paste

3/4 tsp of minced ginger

1 tbsp of flaxseed meal

1/8 tsp of garlic powder

1/2 tsp of umami seasoning

1 tbsp of sesame oil

1/4 cup of water (or more as needed to thin)


  1. Add shaved Brussels, chopped onions, and micro greens to a bowl

  2. Add ingredients for miso-ginger sauce to a blender and combine until creamy, but pourable.

  3. Pour sauce over ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
