Buffalo Tofu Tacos


Buffalo Tofu Tacos

Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free (options)

Servings: 3-4 tacos

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes


8 ounces of cubed tofu

1/4 cup of Hope Foods Buffalo Hummus

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tsp of water

4 corn tortillas

Toppings: guacamole, arugula, quinoa, chipotle-roasted broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes


  1. Set air-fryer to 392°F or preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Combine hummus, olive oil, and water (to thin out hummus)

  3. Coat tofu in buffalo sauce and place in a single line on a baking sheet

  4. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes tossing every 10 minutes

  5. Serve on corn tortillas and add preferred toppings
