Autumnal Gnocchi


Cinnamon-Sugar Cauliflower Gnocchi

Vegan, Gluten-Free

Servings: 1 plate

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes


1 tbsp of vegan butter

1/2 bag of cauliflower gnocchi

1 chopped apple

1 cup of baby spinach 

2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp of coconut sugar

1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon


  1. Heat a skillet on medium heat, and add 1 tbsp butter.

  2. Add cauliflower gnocchi, apple, spinach, and pumpkin seeds.

  3. Make sure you stir regularly

  4. Once gnocchi are browned on each side and spinach is wilted, add coconut sugar and cinnamon.
