Servings: 2 full-sized 8” waffles
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
1 cup of gluten-free all purpose flour
2 tbsp of almond meal
1 scoop of Further Food collagen
1.5 tbsps of coconut sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of ginger
1/2 tsp of cardamom
2 tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 egg (or 1 flax egg)
2/3 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
Add in wet-ingredients one-by-one.
Pour batter into waffle-iron and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Add your favorite toppings.
