Coddled Eggs & Soldiers
CODDLED EGGS & SOLDIERS

Cook Time: 10 minutes
2 large eggs
3 cups of water
1/8 cup of chopped green onion (optional)
Seasoning (optional): fresh parsley, cracked sea salt
Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil then lower to medium heat.
In an egg coddler, add two large eggs, green onion, fresh parsley, and cracked sea salt.
Add coddler to pot, placed upright, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with toast soldiers of your choosing.
