Wendy’s Frosty Copycat


Vegan (optional), Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Easy Recipe

Servings: 2 smoothies

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


1 banana

1/2 of an avocado

1/2 cup of almond milk

1 cup of water 

1/2 scoop of Vital Proteins Dark Chocolate Blackberry Collagen (optional)

1 heaping tbsp of almond butter

1 tsp of monk fruit powder (or sweetener of your choice)

1.5 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cacao 

1 tbsp flaxseed meal 

Ice as needed to thicken 


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until thick & creamy.

  3. Add ice to thicken, if necessary.
