Rise & Shine Smoothie

Vegan (optional), Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Easy Recipe


Servings: 2 smoothies

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

1 & 1/2 cups coffee (or coffee concentrate + water in a 1:1 ratio)

1/2 cup of almond milk 

1 banana

1/4 cup of cacao nibs

1 tbsp of cacao powder

1/2 tbsp of flax meal

1/2 tbsp of monk fruit powder

8 ice cubes (or more to thicken)



Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until thick & creamy.

  3. Add ice to thicken, if necessary.
