Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Vegan (Optional), Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Easy Recipe


Servings: 2 smoothies

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

2 tbsp of canned pumpkin

5 Dates

1 scoop of Further Food Daily Turmeric Tonic

1 tbsp of flaxseed meal

1 cup of water

1 scoop or protein (of your choice)

1 tsp of pumpkin spice seasoning

1/2 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup of oats 

Ice to thicken 



Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until thick & creamy.

  3. Add smoothie to a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. I added Bob’s Red Mill Maple Sea Salt Granola, hemp seeds, and bee pollen!
