3 Pitted Dates
1 Banana
1.5c of frozen cauliflower
1.5 tbsp of flaxseed meal
1/2c of oats
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 scoop collagen (Further Food)
1/2c of almond milk
1c water
Ice to thicken

1 banana
1/2 cup nut milk
1 cup water
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 scoop collagen (Further Food)
1 scoop matcha (Further Food)
3/4 cup frozen kale
Ice to thicken
