Mango-Turmeric Smoothie

Vegan (Optional), Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Easy Recipe


Servings: 2 smoothies

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

1.5 cups of mango

4 Dates

1 tsp of turmeric

1 cup of water

1/2 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup of oats 

Ice to thicken 



Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until thick & creamy.

  3. Add smoothie to a glass and top with your favorite toppings. I added Bob’s Red Mill Lemon Blueberry Pan-Baked Granola for a little extra sweet, crunchy goodness!
