Key Lime Pie Smoothie

Key Lime Pie

Vegan (Optional), Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Easy Recipe


Servings: 1 smoothies

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

Juice from 1 lime

1 cup of dairy-free greek yogurt 

1/4 cup of gluten-free rolled oats

1 scoop of Further Food collagen (Optional)

1/2 cup of spinach

3 dates

1/2 cup of oat milk

1/2 cup of water 

1/2 tbsp of pumpkin spice

Pinch or salt



Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until thick & creamy.

  3. Add smoothie to a class and top with your favorite toppings.
