Graham Cracker Smoothie

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Smoothie Bowls


Servings: 1 smoothie

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

1/2 banana

1 cup of frozen coconut chunks

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup of water

1 heaping tbsp of tahini

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tbsp of honey

1/4 tsp of nutmeg

1 tbsp of flaxseed meal

1/4 tsp of baking soda

pinch of salt

1/2 scoop of collagen (Further Food)

1/2 cup of gluten-free rolled oats



Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until thick & creamy.

  3. Top with banana, hemp seeds, granola, cacao nibs, and bee pollen
