Golden Smoothie

Golden Pumpkin Smoothie

Vegan, Gluten-Free


Servings: 1 smoothie

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

1 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup of water 

1/2 cup of frozen riced cauliflower

2 tbsp of organic canned pumpkin 

2 Emmy’s Organic Golden Milk cookies 

1 tbsp of creamy PB

1 scoop of collagen (Further Food)

1 tsp of maca powder 

1 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of nutmeg

1/2 tsp of ginger

1/2 tsp of nutmeg



Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until thick & creamy.

  3. Top with hemp seeds, chocolate chunks, and maybe even an extra Emmy’s Organic cookie.
