Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Vegan (Optional), Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Easy Recipe


Servings: 2 smoothies

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of oat milk

3/4 cup of water

1 cup of dragon fruit

4 dates 

1 scoop unflavored pea protein (from Trader Joe’s, or your choice protein)

1/2 cup of oats 

1 tbsp of chia seeds 

Ice to thicken 



Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until thick & creamy.

  3. Add smoothie to a glass and top with your favorite toppings.
