Chai Date Smoothie

Vegan, Collagen, Gut Health Gluten-Free, Easy Recipe

Servings: 1 smoothie

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


3/4 cup frozen sweet potato chunks 

1 cup of almond milk 

1/2 cup of water 

3 pitted medjool dates

1 1/2 scoops of collagen powder (Further Food) (omit for vegan option)

1/2 tsp of ashwagandha powder

1 tsp of maca powder 

1 tbsp of almond butter 

1 tsp of chia seeds 

Chai Seasoninrg:

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp cardamom

1/4 tsp of nutmeg

Dash of freshly ground black pepper


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until thick & creamy.

  3. Top with granola, cocoa nibs, & hemp seeds.
