Ginger Miso Bone Broth

Ingredients:

16 ounces of Bone Broth

1.5 tbsp of white miso

4 ounces of cubed tofu

1/2 tsp of Umami seasoning

1/4 tsp of ginger

Salt to taste

Toppings (optional): green onion, micro-greens, roasted seaweeds


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and heat to medium-heat.

  2. Remove from heat and add desired toppings
