Buffalo Tofu

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free

1 block (14 ounces) of tofu

1 cup of Hope Foods Buffalo Bleu Hummus

2 tbsp of lemon juice

1 tbsp of water

S+P, to season


  1. Cut tofu into cubes. Place cubes into a medium-sized bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, combine hummus, lemon juice, water, and S+P. Mix until well combined.

  3. Pour buffalo sauce mixture over tofu and carefully mix until all cubes are coated.

  4.  Refrigerate. Allow tofu to marinate in sauce for one hour. Stir to mix after 30 minutes.

  5. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 or set air-fryer to 392.

  6. Place tofu cubes (in a single layer) onto baking sheet or into air fryer. 

  7. Bake for 25 minutes, turning over halfway through
